The oft-delayed next-gen update for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been given a release date, and it’s not too far off.
Promising ray-tracing, faster loading times and other improvements, the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions of The Witcher 3 will drop on Wednesday, December 14th. CD Projekt RED has also promised an update full of “numerous improvements” for those who play the game on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 or Nintendo Switch, but they haven’t given it a release date.
Those who own the game for the last-gen Xbox or PlayStation consoles will be entitled to a free upgrade, provided they own a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X/S.
