Through Twitter, Remedy Entertainment has revealed that Control is being updated for next-gen consoles. The developer came out and confirmed that the game will be released onto both Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, although they didn’t tell us when that will happen.

This is good news for folks who’ve yet to play Control, because it really is a very good game. It seemed to have been overlooked, perhaps because it released during summertime and didn’t have a lot of advertising behind it. Either way, it’s well worth playing if you haven’t.
If you have an Xbox One, keep checking GamePass, because it’s also been confirmed for Microsoft’s subscription service.
