Those who prefer their games to be cute, colourful and somewhat nostalgic may want to look at Kena: Bridge of Spirits. The game, which is reminiscent of the 3D action titles and platformers of yesteryear, was announced for PlayStation 5 yesterday, and was revealed through a very colourful trailer.
To say that this game looks stunning would be to undersell it. Truth be told, it looks like an interactive Disney movie.
A story-driven action adventure with a stunning visual aesthetic combining exploration with fast-paced combat. Players find and grow a team of charming spirit companions called the Rot, enhancing their abilities and creating new ways to manipulate the environment. Kena: Bridge of Spirits seamlessly blends action and narrative into an unforgettable experience. Travel with Kena, a young Spirit Guide on a quest to uncover the mysterious story surrounding the demise of the village.
This experience is in development at Ember Lab, which is headed by brothers Mike and Josh Grier.
