If there’s one thing that Square Enix is known for outside of RPGs, it’s the music in their games. There’s a reason why Final Fantasy‘s soundtracks have been performed at concerts worldwide, and why games like Theatrhythm were so popular.
During tonight’s press conference, it was announced that Square Enix will soon release its entire music catalogue onto global streaming services. This process will begin, but will not end with Final Fantasy, which is quite fitting.
Starting tonight, fans of the series can listen to entire soundtracks from the Final Fantasy games, or create their own playlists, on services such as Apple Music, Amazon Music and Spotify.
