If you haven’t played Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands, then you’re in luck. Ubisoft’s great, open world third-person shooter will soon be free-to-play, though only for a limited time.
Today, Ubisoft confirmed its plans to make Wildlands free-to-play this coming weekend. Said free weekend will begin on the 20th and will run until the 23rd, across Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
In addition to the above, Ghost Recon: Wildlands is currently being sold for 60% off. Two new editions have also been confirmed, including the Year 2 Gold Edition and the Ultimate Edition. The former will be $99.99, whereas the latter will be $146.99.
The Ultimate Edition will include the game and…
- The Year 1 season pass, which includes the two major expansions: Narco Road and Fallen Ghosts.
- The Year 2 season pass, which grants one-week early access to all six Year 2 Ghost War PvP classes and special equipment packs.
- Additional exclusive perks including special weapons and attachments, 4 Battle Crates, 1 Skill Point Pack, 1 Resource Pack and 1 Long XP Booster.
Meanwhile, Wildlands‘ Year 2 Gold Edition will include the game and its Year 2 season pass.
