With its ‘seamless’ blend of live action video and gameplay content, The Quiet Man has been somewhat of an enigma since its brief reveal at E3 2018. Now, thanks to a Square Enix press release, we know a little bit more about the title. Not a ton, though.
As the release states, “The Quiet Man takes players beyond sound to deliver an immersive story-driven cinematic action experience, which can be completed in one sitting. In a story that unravels across a single night, players take the role of deaf protagonist Dane as he fights his way through a “soundless” world to discover the motives behind the kidnapping of songstress Lala by a mysterious masked man.”
The Quiet Man has not yet been rated, but it has been priced. The brief, cinematic experience will cost $14.99 (USD, of course) when it releases onto PS4 and Steam as a digital download title.
