Fans of Cartoon Network’s animated phenomenon, Adventure Time, have something new to look forward to this summer. That is, another video game starring the show’s colourful characters and their incredibly unique world.
Called Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enciridion, Outright Games’ licensed project is a brand new and original take on the subject matter. In it, Finn and Jake awaken to find that the Land of Ooo has been flooded, causing the different kingdoms to only be accessible through water. This results in the construction of a boat named Jeff, and a high seas adventure to find the cause.
Along the way, Finn and Jake will meet and recruit friends to their team, and will then utilize their abilities in what looks to be turn-based tactical combat. They’ll also be able to freely explore the land of Ooo by boat, and improve upon themselves through heroic progression. All this while having to deal with pirates and other creatures.

Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion is scheduled to release on July 17th, across Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and Nintendo Switch.
