Microsoft’s backwards compatibility team has kept busy, having added three more games to its ever-growing list just today. Thus, a total of 469 games are now backwards compatible on the Xbox One console.
Today’s roster includes a curious mix of games, including Ubisoft’s underappreciated Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, Konami’s Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker HD remaster, and the colourful 2009 adventure game, Axel & Pixel. So, two shooters and something that can be played by almost anyone.
While both of the mature-themed games remain available digitally, Axel & Pixel has actually been delisted from the Xbox Live service, making it a strange choice for backwards compatibility. As such, only those who previously purchased the game will be able to play it on their Xbox One consoles.
