One of the most unique looking upcoming games now has a release date, with that being Devolver Digital’s Neva. It’s a new IP that comes to us from the developers of GRIS.
“Following a traumatic encounter with dark forces, Alba finds herself bound to a curious, mischievous wolf cub. Working together, the pair will help each other overcome increasingly dangerous situations. The wolf will grow and mature over time, as will Alba’s relationship with it, as they traverse this cursed, decaying world.
Building on what Nomada Studio achieved with GRIS, players will explore a meticulously designed world brought to life with delicate art, detailed animation and a haunting original score from GRIS composers Berlinist. Unlike their previous effort, Neva also features light, intuitive combat that sees players employ both sword and sidekick against hordes of monstrous creatures.”
Neva will be released onto PC, Switch, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S on October 15th. It will set you back $19.99 US dollars.
