The rumours were true: Frank West is about to make a comeback, in the newly revealed Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster. He will do so on September 19th, for PS5, Xbox Series and PC.
Reanimated using Capcom’s RE Engine, Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster will feature improvements like real-time lighting and shadows, up to 4K resolution and 60 frames-per-second. It also promises quality of life updates, but will retain the love it or hate it 72 hour time limit.
The aforementioned quality of life improvements are said to include the ability to move while aiming, auto save functionality, full NPC voiceovers, updated survivor AI, improved controls and adjustments to the user interface.
Those with interest can preorder Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster. Doing so will entitle one to 3 unique costumes, each of which has its own mall music.
