Although it’s been a poorly kept secret, due to more than one internet leak, Ubisoft has officially confirmed that Beyond Good and Evil: 20th Anniversary Edition is coming. When it does, it will feature numerous quality of life improvements, as well as up to 4K/60fps performance.
In addition to its technical improvements, this updated version of a great classic will also add a new speed run mode. That, as well as 20 new achievements, and an Anniversary Gallery that will delve deep into the game’s development history.
Beyond Good and Evil: 20th Anniversary Edition will be released onto PlayStation, Xbox, Luna and PC (via Ubisoft, Epic and Steam) on June 25th. Limited Run Games will later release a physical edition, for which preorders will open on July 12th.
