Celebrate Earth Day with an Xbox controller made out of recovered plastics

Microsoft recently unveiled a brand new controller for its Xbox consoles, and it’s one that stands out for positive reasons.

Dubbed the Xbox Wireless Controller – Remix Special Edition, it’s made of recovered plastics. In fact, they say that one third of it is made with post-consumer recycled resins and previously molded parts made for Xbox One controllers. It also comes with a rechargeable battery pack to entice the user to skip traditional batteries altogether.

This special edition controller will set you back $99.99 when it’s released on April 18. It is, of course, also available for preorder.
