Subnautica: Below Zero will begin its deep dive this May

Subnautica: Below Zero — the anticipated sequel to the well received first game — has received both a release date and a new gameplay trailer.

Currently playable in Early Access, Below Zero is set to receive one final update before launching in full, for PC/Mac via Steam and Epic, Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Said release will occur both digitally and physically, at an asking price of $29.99.

Subnautica: Below Zero invites players to explore the treacherous waters below the icy surface of Planet 4546B, an alien world where mysterious aquatic creatures and other watery wonders test the limits of how far they’re willing to go to survive. Players can dive deep in an all-new story, a massive open world to explore, new technology to craft and strange mysteries to uncover. The Seaworthy update marks the final major update. While Subnautica: Below Zero now has a complete story, the finale will remain hidden until the official release in May.

You’ll be able to dive into the depths of Subnautica: Below Zero on May 14th.
