During today’s PlayStation State of Play presentation, Heart Machine’s visually unique platformer, Solar Ash, received a new gameplay trailer. Not just that, but a narrated one, which introduces the game, its world and its mechanics.
Described as being a colourful platformer where speed, agility and maneuverability matter, Solar Ash takes place within a black hole. Within its confines, players will explore sunken cities, vast water shelves and dangerous lava zones, as Rel; a voidrunner who is trying to save her home from the world eater known as the Ultravoid. That is, the aforementioned black hole.
Solar Ash will be published by Annapurna Interactive, and is targeting a release onto PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC later this year.
