Codemasters has released another stunning trailer for DiRT 5. This time around, though, the action isn’t focused on snowy racing or the North American continent. Instead, this newest trailer is based in South Africa, and features the player racing through Cape Town, South Africa.
This particular track takes you through the Cape Town Stadium, which will be familiar to anyone who watched the 2010 World Cup. As such, it takes inspiration from the arena-based courses found in previous DiRT games.
“Cape Town Stadium in South Africa is ideal for both our Playgrounds custom arena creator mode, and atmospheric, technical and flat-out fun races. Going from the perimeter through the parking lot and into the stadium is an exhilarating experience,” said Development Director Robert Karp.
DiRT 5 is heading to current and next-gen consoles. It will release onto Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on November 6th, and will then launch alongside the Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PlayStation 5 on their respective release dates.
