That long-rumoured collection of 3D Super Mario classics for Nintendo Switch? It’s real, and it’s only going to be available for a limited time.
During today’s Mario-themed direct, Nintendo revealed the Super Mario 3D All-Stars collection, which will bring Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy to Switch. All three will be updated for widescreen gameplay, and will feature improved resolutions.
Oddly enough, this set will only be sold for a certain amount of time. Why? We don’t know. Either way, Super Mario 3D All-Stars will hit stores and digital shelves on September 18, and will then leave them on March 31, 2021. It will also set you back $79.99, which seems to be the same for both Canada and the United States, in another strange happenstance.
