Microsoft delays Halo Infinite; confirms that the Xbox Series X will release in November

In disappointing news, Halo Infinite will not be a launch title for the upcoming Xbox Series X, which has been confirmed for a November release. Instead, the 343 Industries title — which caused quite a commotion when it was shown during Microsoft’s online showcase — will release sometime in 2021.

343 stated that this unexpected delay is the result of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The team simply needs more time to finish and polish things.

In other news, a leaked controller box has outed a white variation of the Xbox Series X controller. The text on the box also hinted at an Xbox Series S, which we’re assuming is Lockhart.
