Earlier today, BigBen and developer KT Racing announced the return of the world’s most challenging motorcycle race to video gaming. By that they mean TT Isle of Man 2, the sequel to last year’s TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge.
Created in 1907, the Isle of Man is one of the world’s most grueling and difficult races, as well as one of its most iconic. Its course snakes through the Isle of Man’s winding and narrow roads, though riders somehow manage to reach speeds of 300 kilometers per hour, despite the more than 250 bends they have to deal with.
The game’s announcement press release promises that it “will recreate the Snaefell Mountain course even more accurately and offer a vastly improved riding experience so that all the thrills of racing are faithfully captured.” It then goes on to say that more features will be shared soon.
TT Isle of Man 2 will race onto consoles and PC in 2020.
