After quickly highlighting Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot, MachineGames went on to talk about the more anticipated of their two projects: Wolfenstein: Youngblood.
According to MachineGames, Youngblood will offer a “bigger gameplay experience than previous Wolfenstein games,” and they went on to say that players will have “more guns, more upgrades and even more Nazis to kill.” Of course, one can also kill those Nazi bastards with a friend, as Youngblood is set to be the series’ first cooperative game.
In typical E3 fashion, Wolfenstein: Youngblood also got its own trailer, and a campy one at that. Then again, what else would you expect from this series? Campy is its middle name.
The biggest news, though — at least, for fans of this long-running franchise — is that Wolfenstein: Youngblood will be released on July 26th. Here’s hoping that, when it does, it will end up being better than Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus turned out to be.
