Those who can’t wait to get their hands on The Surge 2 — Deck13’s follow-up to its well received 2017 sci-fi action RPG — will be happy to hear that it’s been given a launch date that falls within this calendar year. That, as well as the fact that pre-orders have also gone live.
This anticipated sequel to the difficult but well liked (Soulsborne style) RPG is scheduled to release on September 24th. When it does, it will be playable on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
Players who pre-order at participating retailers will receive the URBN Gear Pack DLC for free, which includes an armor set, two weapons, one drone, one module, and a bonus online message icon. The Surge 2 Limited Edition is now also available for pre-order, including an exclusive lenticular cover, an 8-page comic book, a massive double-side poster and three lithographs. The Limited Edition is available from select retailers worldwide.
