A private beta will soon begin for Ubisoft and Tom Clancy’s The Division 2. Said test is said to feature both early and endgame missions, and is set to run from February 7th (at 1am PST) through to February 11th at 1am PST.
After establishing their base inside of the White House, players will be able to venture into a transformed Washington D.C., where they’ll get to unlock new skills and abilities as they progress towards the level cap of 7. Only the eastern part of the game’s open world will be made available for exploration, though.
According to those in the know at Ubisoft’s PR firm, this is what fans can look forward to upon downloading and beginning said beta:
-
- Two main missions, available in Story, Normal and Hard Mode
- Five side missions and additional activities in the open world
- Unique PvPvE gameplay in one of the three new Dark Zones
- Organized PvP gameplay in one Conflict mode, Skirmish
In addition to this content, beginning February 8 at 8am PT, The Division 2 fans will have the opportunity to have a first hands-on with endgame content with one Invaded mission. Players will experience gameplay at the level cap of 30 and unlock brand new Survivalist, Sharpshooter or Demolitionist specializations.
Those with interest can secure themselves acceptance into the Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 private beta by pre-ordering the game. One can do so on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 or PC. The full game will be released on March 15th.
