Sumo Digital is back at the wheel of another Sonic kart racer, with this one going by the name of Team Sonic Racing. Following in the footsteps of both Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing and its sequel, Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Transformed, it promises more colourful and action packed vehicular carnage featuring everyone’s favourite blue hedgehog.
Along with the game’s reveal has come an incredibly brief and unfortunately forgettable teaser trailer. It’s over almost as soon as it begins, but that’s okay because the important thing is that the rumours were true and this game actually does exist.
Team Sonic Racing is speeding towards release on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC. Details pertaining to it are expected to be revealed at E3, after SEGA confirmed that the title will, in fact, have a presence at next month’s event.
