Black, the Criterion-developed shooter, can now be played in full by EA Access subscribers, after just being added to the service’s Vault today. Thus, those who were big fans of the game back in the Xbox/PS2 era can get their nostalgia fix, while anyone who missed out can see what all of the fuss was about.
This news comes to us from Twitter, where it was announced that Black would be joining a bevy of other games, including but not limited to Battlefield: Bad Company, Titanfall 2, Battlefield 1, NHL 17 and the four Mass Effect games. It’s just the latest of many additions to the service’s list of full game downloads.
Black, if you recall, was an action-packed first-person shooter that released in February of 2006. With great visuals that really stood out (at the time), frenetic gameplay and a good campaign, it was a standout at the tail end of that generation.
