The wait for the second episode of Life is Strange: Before the Storm has concluded, as Square Enix has officially announced its launch through press release means. Thus, fans of the time-bending adventure franchise, and its endearing characters, can continue Chloe’s (prequel) journey.
‘Brave New World’ will introduce new characters and will also visit new locations, all while continuing the story of Chloe and her friend Rachel, and the budding romance between the two. As their home lives crumble, the girls begin to discuss running away together, but before that can happen a drug dealer’s favour threatens everything.
This will also mark the first time that console gamers will be able to play Life is Strange in 4K. Starting with this second episode, PlayStation 4 Pro owners will be able to experience this tale in 4K resolution, much like PC gamers could before.
“Although PC players have been able to enjoy the game in 4K resolution since the release of Episode 1, we are happy to announce that PlayStation Pro owners can now play all episodes in 4K by offering a ‘high resolution’ mode,” Said Jeff Litchford, Vice President – Deck Nine Games. “Alongside PS4 Pro support, Xbox One X users will also see 4K support later this year.”
