Last year, the gaming community was collectively awed by the news that Insomniac was developing a Spider-Man game for PlayStation 4. Of course, it helped that its first trailer was jaw droppingly beautiful in every single way.
Tonight, we were treated to something more in-depth, that being a stunning gameplay sequence, wherein Spider-Man was forced to take desperate measures in order to keep New York City as safe and intact as he possibly could. What began with scaling a building and fighting a handful of masked thugs quickly turned into cause for alarm when the big bad took off in a helicopter with a large metallic object dangling from a rope.
If you weren’t excited for Spider-Man PS4, then you likely are now. It’s just too bad that we’ll have to wait until 2018 before we’ll be able to play it.
