Sony and Naughty Dog brought the adventures of Nathan Drake to a conclusion with this year’s mega-hit PlayStation 4 exclusive, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, but it doesn’t look like the Uncharted series as a whole is at an end. As PlayStation Experience began its game showcase keynote today, it showed off a mysterious demo, where a shrouded woman makes her way through Middle-eastern streets. At the end of the demo, the woman was revealed to be Uncharted supporting character, Chloe Frazer, teaming with one of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End’s antagonists, Nadine Ross, in an all-new standalone expansion for PlayStation 4 called Uncharted: The Lost Legacy!
Uncharted: The Lost Legacy doesn’t yet have any kind of release window, though Chloe Frazer made her series debut in 2009’s Uncharted 2: Among Thieves for PlayStation 3. You can relive that adventure, along with the first and third games, in the remastered Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for PlayStation 4. We were quite fond of both PlayStation 4 offerings in our official reviews of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, praising both as gorgeous, essential PlayStation adventures with highly compelling narratives.
